Police stop a car to conduct a welfare check where the passenger and driver have been clearly arguing. At one point the passenger (a female) tries to exit the vehicle in the middle of traffic. Officers for nearly 20 min take insult after insult and still try to remain reasonable with the two suspects who clearly misunderstand that this is not a traffic stop! It's a domestic violence investigation!
